Halibut Loins are thick, white steaks / loins portions BONELSS & SKINLESS, they come individually vacuum packed and you get 5 loins per order. Each loin weighs 160-180g. Halibut can be cooked from frozen or defrosted, whichever you prefer. To oven bake: place the Halibut on some foil with a little butter, lemon juice and salt and pepper, use enough foil to make a loose parcel. The Halibut will steam when cooking and will be lovely and moist not dry. Cook for about 15 -20 minutes from frozen, reduce by 5 minutes if defrosted. Make sure the fish is cooked in the centre before serving.
