Super easy to cook, they can be cooked from frozen under the grill or in the oven. You would never know they are gluten free, they taste amazing and they are very popular with the children for after school snacks.

For best results, cook from frozen
Grill: preheat grill to medium. Place product on the grill pan and cook for 12 – 14 minutes turning once.

Store at -18c / do not re-freeze once defrosted / remove all packaging before cooking
