These very tasty Garlic King Prawns are a staff and customer favouite. The king prawns have been de-headed, butterflied amd marinated in garlic, herbs & lemon juice. They are very easy to cook, just under the grill from frozen, see below for cooking instructions.
King prawns, garlic, butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper and vegetable oil.
We recommend to cook the Garlic King Prawns from frozen, they are best cooked under a hot grill. Cook shell side down (so flesh side up), for 8-9 minutes. Make sure the prawns are cooked through, the flesh will turn white when cooked, not clear.
