Lamb Shank Mint Gravy 4 x 450g

🇬🇧 Tender British Lamb Shanks slow cooked with a rich mint gravy. Each Shank weighs 450g, a generous portion size and when cooked the meat just falls off the bone! They come vacuum sealed with the sauce inside so no preparation required, simply cook from frozen in the oven or microwave. Serve with your favourite vegetables. Cook in the oven from frozen for 30 minutes at 180c – until hot in the centre. You can microwave but we recommend to defrost first for the microwave, then cook for 6-8 minutes (from defrosted) until the shanks are hot in the centre.
