Super white squid / calamari rings - they don't need much cooking, a few minutes in a hot pan, great to add Chilli & Garlic or your favourite spice! Great for a light lunch or treat at supper time. Easy and quick to cook We also have Salt & Pepper squid and ready battered squid rings if you would like them ready to go :-) these just oven bake ( super easy) you can find these under our oven ready section.

Add frozen squid rings to a hot wok and fry for 3-4 minutes, add your vegetables, chilli, herbs etc and fry for a further 2-3 minutes. Squid does not take long to cook. If you prefer to defrost first reduce cooking times bu a couple of minutes.
