🇬🇧 These Tomahawk steaks are from cattle farmed in the UK. Grilled, pan fried or barbecued the beef is tender, juicy and full of flavour. A challenge for most of us this steak is huge ……..although there are some high calorie burners who might argue with that. We think when we say serves two we'll be safe in most cases.
Tomahawk Steak (approx: 1kg)

Defrost for 4-5 hours at room temperature or overnight in the fridge.
Grill, griddle, pan fry or barbecue. We all like steaks differently so cook to your preference. Eg: medium brush with oil then griddle on hot griddle for 5-6 mins each side. Then place on a baking tray in the oven 180 deg C for 10 – 12 mins. Remove from oven allow to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
