✅ Our British Chicken Breasts are excellent quality, large (6-7oz each) with NO ADDED WATER. They come from British Farms only and are always free range. They are boneless & skinless. Each order gives you 4 chicken breasts (our photograph shows 3 breasts for the design effect but there are 4 per order). 4 British chicken breasts weighing 190g -210g each. Frozen within 24 hours, which is much quicker than most our histamine intolerant customers have had no reactions to date. We recommend you defrost your chicken breasts before cooking (if you prefer to cook from frozen please add 10 minutes to the cooking times).
To grill – gril the chicken breasts under a medium hot grill for 20-22 minutes, turning occasionally. Cook until breasts are cooked through and white in the centre.To oven bake – place the chicken breasts in a pre-heated oven proof dish and bake for 20-25 minutes at 190c. You can add your favourite spices / herbs or marinade or use in your favoruite recipe.To stir fry/ curries – heat a table spoon of oil in a pan until hot, dice the chicken breasts and add to the pan, cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly browned on all sides. Then add your vegetables and sauce mix and simmer for 15 minutes or following your recipe instructions.
