Cod en Croute – 4

A generous portion of Cod topped with a creamy cheese, prawn & mushroom saucewrapped in delicious puff pastry. Finished off with a sprinkling of coriander. A great dish to have in the freezer for those busy days, simply bake from frozen for 35 minutes. There are 4 Cod encroutes per order.

Cook from frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200c. Place on a lightly greased baking tray (Gas mark 6) and cook for 30-35 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden and the fish is cooked through. Ensure the centre is piping hot before serving.
