We recommend all loins to be cooked from frozen in the oven. The easiest way is to make a lose foil parcel for the fish, crimped so the steam cannot escape. Add a little salt & pepper and any herbs / lemon. Pre-heat the oven to 190c and bake for 25 mins. Some ovens take a little longer so check the fish is hot and cooked in the centre ( if not quite done add 5 more minutes).
