New - Mahi Mahi - white fish with a firm texture which makes it great for Taco's or salads. Fish Taco's so popular over in California are becoming a staple here in the UK. So easy to make and healthy too! Mahi Mahi is great for these and also for salads, it stays firm when cooked so it's easily flaked or sectioned. Grill from frozen for around 18-20 mins. We recommend to grill or griddle ( or BBQ in the summer!) – you can do this from frozen or defrost first, up to you. Grill from defrosted under a medium hot grill for 18-20 mins turning once. If cooking from frozen add 5 mins depending on your grill. If BBQ please defrost first as it will cook much better 🙂 You can also oven bake: oven proof dish on 180c for around 20 mins ( again if cooking from frozen add and extra 5 mins)
