Tilapia Fillets are sourced from Asian waters from highly sustainable sources. Its becoming more well known in the UK, a cross between Plaice & Cod and has a little sweetness too. Its great grilled with butter and salt & pepper.

Tilapia Fillets are best cooked grilled or on the BBQ. Defrost first either overnight in the fridge or a few hours at room temperature. Grill: under a medium hot grill, add a little butter and cook for approximatley 15 minutes until the Tilapia is cooked through. BBQ: cook from defrosted also, add the Tilapia to a hot BBQ and grill for 10-15 minutes, turn once.
