**Skinless & boneless Haddock Loins are back in stock, making this fish box perfect for Histamine Intolerant customers, as ALL these fish are air blast frozen super quick! A mixed box of traditional frozen fish, requested by many customers. It's a lovely variety & ideal if you have different likes and dislikes in your household. This fish box is perfect for making a Fish Pie too. 4 Centre Cut Salmon Fillets (skinless & boneless - a mix of small and large sizes), 4 Cod Loins (skinless & boneless) and 4 Haddock Loins (skinless & boneless)
We recommend all loins to be cooked from frozen in the oven. The easiest way is to make a lose foil parcel for the fish, crimped so the steam cannot escape. Add a little salt & pepper and any herbs / lemon. Pre-heat the oven to 190c and bake for 25 mins. Some ovens take a little longer so check the fish is hot and cooked in the centre ( if not quite done add 5 more minutes).

I have only tried the salmon and it was excellent. I am sure the cod and haddock will be just as good. Very well packaged and I like the instructions given. I tried boil in the bag which was one suggestion which I liked.
