How fresh is your frozen cod?

This immediate freezing locks in the cod’s natural flavour, texture and nutritional value. In many cases, frozen-at-sea cod is actually fresher than so-called “fresh” cod that may have spent several days in transit before reaching the fish counter.
What portions do your cod products come in?
All our cod products are Individually Quick Frozen (IQF), so each portion is frozen separately for convenience.
