Large King Prawns coated in our very tasty & light Tempura Batter. Tempura is so light it gives a thinner crispy coating, less than normal batter, just perfect for Prawns, it adds a little flavour but does not take over.

Prawns, filo pastry: flour, salt, eggs, milk, butter, vinegar, wheat flour

For best results oven bake from frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 200c and place the prawns on a slighty greased pre-heated baking tray. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Make sure the prawns are cooked through before serving
