The original Seafresh was set up in 1996 with the very simple concept of selling high quality frozen foods directly to the customer in the comfort of their own homes.
Fortunately, we had a lot of success in the UK and Ireland and built some strong relationships with fisheries and butchers alike which means we have access to the best quality fish, seafood, meat and poultry from Britain and around the world.
Rhoda joined the business in 2014 and her passion for outstanding customer service has enhanced our service and ultimately our customers’ shopping experience.
With the dawning of the internet and people becoming more and more confident in the idea of an online fishmonger, we have taken our philosophy of supplying our quality produce and embraced the online explosion.
Whilst we probably could have been faster in developing our online model, we have taken care to continue to uphold our core values. The food remains of the highest quality, our partnership with our courier DPD works well with over 99% of the deliveries arriving on time and most important of all you get to experience our excellent customer service from start to finish. When I say finish that doesn’t mean when you’ve taken delivery it means until you’ve devoured every last morsel of your delivery.
